Key responsibilities include managing complex business calendars, coordinating both on-site and off-site meetings, arranging domestic and international travel, and overseeing the contract process and vendor payments using Quickbase and Microsoft D365. The Executive Administrator is also tasked with drafting and proofreading documents and presentations, maintaining electronic document structures, and handling general inquiries to the departments. Additionally, the role involves attending meetings to prepare and maintain detailed notes, as well as sending team and department communications as requested.

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, with additional business school education or an associate degree being advantageous. A minimum of eight years of experience in a corporate environment is required, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. The role demands advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and cultural sensitivity are also essential.

Kyowa Kirin North America offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $90,000 to $95,000 CAD.
