Executive Assistant, Energy, Resources and Infrastructure
Gilbert + Tobin is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their Energy, Resources, and Infrastructure team in Sydney. This role supports three Partners, including the Head of the Group, along with their lawyers, within the broader Banking and Projects practice. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing complex diaries and emails, coordinating frequent travel arrangements, and supporting monthly billing and accounts management. Additional duties include maintaining documents and files across multiple matters, liaising with clients and stakeholders, managing e-filing processes, and supporting team and practice coordination activities. Ad hoc administrative support may also be required.
Candidates should have at least five years of experience as an Executive Assistant or legal secretary, preferably within a law firm or legal environment. Strong organizational skills, advanced document production and formatting abilities, and a high level of attention to detail are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, are also required.
