Executive Assistant
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Paraform is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO and CTO as we continue to scale. This role is ideal for someone who has 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, thrives in fast-moving environments, and takes pride in making complex, high-stakes days run seamlessly.
You’ll act as mission control for our leadership team, owning calendars, inboxes, and logistics with precision, anticipating needs before they arise, and creating the space for our executives to focus on building and scaling the business.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Own complex calendar management and scheduling for the CEO and CTO across internal and external stakeholders
- Manage inbox triage and correspondence, ensuring priorities are surfaced and nothing slips through the cracks
- Handle light office management and day-to-day operational needs
- Support a variety of special projects and time-sensitive requests as they arise
- Act as a trusted partner, be proactive, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information
- A proactive, resourceful mindset, you don’t wait to be told what needs doing
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment
