Clifford Chance is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to join its Global Business Support (GBS) function, providing high-quality support to offices worldwide. This role involves offering comprehensive executive assistance to assigned stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations across various teams, including Document Production, Design Studio, Virtual Assistants, and World Firm Executive Assistants. The position requires flexibility, with working hours spanning early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights, to accommodate the UK shift schedule.

Key responsibilities include managing dynamic calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts, and organizing meeting logistics such as agendas and pre-reads. The Executive Assistant will also handle comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and travel insurance, while maintaining structured travel records. Additional duties encompass expense and budget management, accurate documentation preparation, and project coordination, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to critical deadlines.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree, with a master's or MBA from a reputed institute preferred. A minimum of 8 years of experience in a multinational organization with cross-cultural exposure is required. Proven experience in supervising teams within a professional services environment, strong stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential. The role demands exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage competing deadlines under pressure.
