The Role_
//We’re looking for an experienced Executive Business Partner to work closely with our CEO and support the Operating Group. This role sits at the centre of how our leadership team works, helping bring clarity, focus, and follow-through across a fast-moving, global environment.
This is a high-trust partnership role. You’ll work closely with the CEO to manage priorities, stay on top of what matters, and make sure conversations turn into clear actions and steady progress. You’ll help keep the Operating Group aligned, organised, and moving in the same direction.
You’ll bring structure and calm to a distributed leadership team across the UK and North America. At times that means coordinating and keeping things on track. At other times it means stepping in, joining the dots, and helping unblock things so work can move forward.
