Executive Operations Coordinator, CEO Office
Tulip is seeking an Executive Operations Coordinator to join the CEO Office in Somerville, MA. This role is integral to supporting the CEO and executive team by managing complex schedules, facilitating communication, and ensuring efficient daily operations within a hybrid work environment that requires in-office presence 4-5 days per week.
Key responsibilities include overseeing intricate calendar management for the CEO and CxO members, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts, and implementing systems to enhance executive productivity. The coordinator will act as a central communication point, drafting and reviewing correspondence, managing information flow, and building trusted relationships with internal teams and external partners. Additionally, the role involves organizing executive meetings, handling logistics for leadership events, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing expense reporting.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in executive support or operations, particularly with exposure to C-suite executives or high-velocity environments. Essential skills include exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, discretion, and proficiency in tools such as Google Suite, Slack, and Atlassian. Experience in a startup or high-growth company is required, along with a proactive approach to managing competing priorities.
