Candidates should possess 1–3 years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or platform operations, with hands-on experience in managing campaigns on Meta, Google Ads (Search), and TikTok. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is required, along with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work calmly under pressure and tight timelines.
