The role also involves managing budgets and timelines for various media campaigns, translating complex media concepts into understandable language for clients, and building strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service. Staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in Social, Search, and Programmatic media is essential, as is implementing A/B testing frameworks to refine strategies and ensure compliance with platform-specific guidelines.

Candidates should have a strong background in digital planning and execution, particularly in Social, Search, and Programmatic media, with 0-1 years of relevant work experience in digital planning and performance marketing. Excellent analytical skills focused on data-driven decision-making are required, along with proficiency in various data and analytics tools such as GA4, MMP, CAPI, and CRM Integration. Hands-on experience with major ad platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and DV360 is expected, and knowledge of non-biddable digital platforms is a plus. A test-and-learn mindset to drive innovation, the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities are also important. Good interpersonal skills to build client and media partner relationships, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with multi-functional teams, are essential.
