Executive - Programmatic
The Executive - Programmatic role at WPP Media involves collaborating with global teams to deliver high-impact programmatic advertising solutions. As part of the Global Operations Centre, the position requires working closely with counterparts across the United States, Europe, and Asia in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Key responsibilities include developing strong relationships with regional teams, leading the training and growth of the local programmatic team, enforcing best practices in platforms like DV360 and TrueView, ensuring high-quality output, serving as a point of escalation for the team, providing career development and coaching, supporting capacity planning and resource management, and presenting effective communication across all levels.
The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of professional experience in digital media, preferably within a media agency or trading desk. Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform (DV360, CM, GA360), experience with top AdTech and MarTech platforms, hands-on knowledge of programmatic platforms, and competence in Microsoft Office software are essential. A clear strategic mindset to build on existing businesses and actual campaign execution experience with local programmatic players and measurement providers are also required.
