Eurofins Assurance India Pvt Ltd is seeking an Executive - Sales to join our Healthcare Assurance services team, focusing on the South Region, including Hyderabad and Chennai. Eurofins is a leading certification body providing audit, certification, and inspection services across various sectors, including healthcare, to help clients mitigate risks in their supply chains and ensure compliance with regulatory and industrial standards.

In this client-facing role, the Executive - Sales will be responsible for B2B direct sales and client acquisition of healthcare certification services, specifically targeting dietary supplements, over-the-counter (OTC) drugs, and cosmetics. The position requires mandatory travel across the South Region to engage with healthcare providers and manufacturers, aiming to achieve assigned sales targets and drive business growth within the territory.

Key responsibilities include identifying and approaching new business opportunities in the healthcare sector, delivering tailored sales presentations and proposals, maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and cross-selling opportunities, accurately updating the CRM with client interactions and sales pipeline details, collaborating with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery, monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy, providing regular sales reports and forecasts to the Regional Sales Manager, and supporting marketing initiatives and participating in industry events to enhance brand visibility.

The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc or B.Tech in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or an MBA in Marketing (preferred), with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2B direct sales, ideally in healthcare certifications, pharmaceuticals, or related assurance services. Proven client-facing sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, a strong sales drive with a results-oriented mindset, the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, strategic problem-solving abilities, and good organizational skills are also required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, fluency in English, and a willingness to travel extensively within Hyderabad and Chennai are necessary for this role.
