Executive - Sales
Eurofins Assurance India Pvt Ltd is seeking an Executive - Sales to drive B2B direct sales and client acquisition of Healthcare Assurance services across the West Region, including Gujarat, Surat, and Indore. This client-facing role involves frequent direct interaction with healthcare providers and manufacturers, focusing on promoting healthcare certification services for dietary supplements, over-the-counter (OTC) drugs, and cosmetics. The position requires extensive travel within the assigned territory to engage clients and expand business.
Key responsibilities include identifying, approaching, and closing new business opportunities in the healthcare sector through direct B2B sales. The Executive will deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals to clients, maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and cross-selling opportunities, and accurately update the CRM with all client interactions and sales pipeline details. Collaboration with technical and operations teams is essential to ensure smooth service delivery, along with monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform sales strategy. Regular sales reports and forecasts will be provided to the Regional Sales Manager, and the Executive will support marketing initiatives and participate in industry events to enhance brand visibility.
The ideal candidate holds a B.Sc or B.Tech in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Biotechnology, with an MBA in Marketing preferred. A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2B direct sales, ideally in healthcare certifications, pharmaceuticals, or related assurance services, is required. Proven client-facing sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with a strong sales drive and results-oriented mindset, are necessary. The candidate should be comfortable working independently, managing extensive travel within the region, and proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Fluency in English is required, with knowledge of local languages considered a plus.
