Expansion Manager (d/m/w)
The Expansion Manager role at AUTO1 Group is integral to the company's mission of revolutionizing the used car market through innovative production processes and cutting-edge technology. As part of the Production Department, this position focuses on enhancing the infrastructure of in-house production facilities for the Retail brand Autohero, thereby increasing production capacities and setting new industry standards.
Key responsibilities include developing and expanding infrastructure for in-house production sites in Germany, negotiating contracts with business partners to establish and grow projects nationwide, overseeing cross-location workflows, and coordinating goal achievement using forecasts and customized tools. The role also involves analyzing and improving daily operational processes to ensure smooth operations and driving the implementation of scalable IT features from specification to successful rollout.
Candidates should possess a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. An entrepreneurial mindset with an affinity for digital business models and the automotive industry is essential. The role requires analytical and systematic working methods, process-oriented thinking, a high degree of self-reliance, and the ability to remain results-focused under pressure. Flexibility and willingness to travel for on-site project implementation are also necessary. Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
