As a Health & Safety Specialist at AUTO1 Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring workplace safety across our production facilities near Berlin and Regensburg. AUTO1 Group is Europe's leading digital automotive platform, revolutionizing the industry with brands like wirkaufendeinauto.de, and Autohero. Joining our Business Development team, you'll contribute to enhancing efficiency within the Autohero Production Department, which upholds the top quality of our vehicle inventory.

In this role, you will serve as the primary expert on occupational safety, educating and advising team leaders and employees on safety matters. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing preventive measures to avoid workplace accidents, monitoring and documenting health and safety risks in work processes and environments, and proposing and executing improvements. Additionally, you will plan and organize training sessions to promote a culture of safety within the organization.

The ideal candidate possesses commercial experience or a background in the automotive sector. While additional training or extensive experience as a Health & Safety Specialist is desirable, it is not mandatory. Strong knowledge in occupational safety, a solution-oriented approach, self-reliance, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this position.
