Arista Networks is seeking a Federal Major Account Manager to drive the transformation to Software Defined Cloud Networking within the U.S. Federal Government sector. This role involves collaborating with skilled Customer Engineers, Professional Services, and Executive teams to deliver automated networking solutions. The position reports to a Regional Sales Manager or Area VP of Sales and focuses on building relationships with Federal Systems Integrator partners.

Key responsibilities include leading sales strategies to meet revenue goals with Federal Systems Integrators such as GDT, Peraton, Leidos, Northrop Grumman, SAIC, CACI, BAE, and Raytheon. The role involves consultative selling, solution development, and coordinating company resources to meet customer expectations. Additionally, the manager will identify and close sales opportunities across Arista's product portfolio, establish relationships with key personnel in assigned agencies, and create targeted account plans in collaboration with partner managers and the sales engineering team.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree (BA/BS, CS, BBA) or equivalent and has a minimum of 10 years of Federal Sales experience, focusing on Federal Systems Integrators. In-depth knowledge of Federal procurement programs and experience in selling into U.S. Federal accounts, Federal Systems Integrators, and Managed Service Providers are essential. Strong leadership skills, the ability to navigate end-user requirements, and working knowledge of networking solutions are also required.

The base salary for this role ranges from $132,000 to $180,000, with the actual offer depending on factors such as skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and location. Additional compensation may include discretionary bonuses, commissions, equity, and benefits like medical, dental, vision, wellbeing programs, tax savings, and income protection.
