Field Clinical Representative - Huntsville, AL (N AL)
Inspire Medical Systems Inc. is seeking a Field Clinical Representative (FCR) to join their team in Huntsville, Alabama. The FCR will provide technical and clinical expertise, educational support, and field assistance to ensure the safe adoption of Inspire's therapy and products. This role involves collaboration with customers, physicians, clinic staff, and Inspire field staff to drive procedural and practice success.
Key responsibilities include offering technical support during implant procedures and device activation, maintaining credentials for access to assigned hospitals and clinics, and providing technical leadership and education to account clinical staff in the assigned region. The FCR will also conduct post-training follow-ups, assist customers with device troubleshooting, collaborate with sales personnel on appropriate training and support for targeted customers, disseminate peer-reviewed scientific and clinical information to customers and the assigned sales team, provide technical expertise for regional education and training activities, and stay current on relevant scientific publications and clinical evidence.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and at least two years of related clinical, healthcare, or medical device industry experience, or an associate's degree or professional certification with five or more years of related experience. Strong communication and collaboration skills in a clinical setting, proficiency in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint and Excel), problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, and the capacity to travel within the territory, including overnight stays as needed, are essential.
The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 annually.
