Lighthouse is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for the APAC region to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and revenue growth. This role involves close collaboration with regional sales leadership and the global marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans tailored to diverse markets within APAC.

The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing over 100 events annually, including industry trade shows, partner activations, and hosted experiences. They will identify and develop partnerships with key industry players to extend Lighthouse's reach and open new audiences. Additionally, the role includes tracking, measuring, and reporting on all field marketing activities to ensure alignment with pipeline and revenue goals.

Candidates should have a proven track record in field marketing, preferably within the SaaS industry, and experience managing marketing initiatives across multiple countries. Strong project management and analytical skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems, such as HubSpot and Salesforce, is preferred.
