THE ROLE
Reducto is looking for a strategic, creative, and execution-minded Field Marketing Manager to define and scale our field marketing and events program. You’ll shape how Reducto shows up in the market—leading everything from event strategy to hands-on execution across owned events, sponsored activations, and partner collaborations.
You’ll have significant ownership and visibility, with a direct hand in creating Reducto’s field marketing motion as the company grows. You’ll design memorable, creative experiences for enterprise and executive audiences, partner closely with Growth, Sales, and Product Marketing to drive real pipeline impact, and help shape Reducto’s go-to-market motion as we scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Define and execute the strategy for Reducto’s events and field marketing, spanning owned events, sponsored activations, and strategic partner collaborations.
- Design experiences that feel creative, on-brand, and memorable – from large-scale activations/conferences to intimate executive dinners.
- Drive pipeline impact by partnering with Growth and Sales on event targeting, pre/post engagement, and measurable outcomes.
