Field Marketing Team Lead, Events - HR Solutions

The Field Marketing Team Lead, Events at Mitratech is responsible for developing and executing field and sales events, as well as virtual roundtable initiatives, to drive engagement and pipeline growth. This role involves translating strategic objectives into high-impact, repeatable programs that align with the company's goals in the Legal, Risk, Compliance, and HR sectors. Key responsibilities include planning and executing sales-driven experiences such as sporting suites, executive dinners, and VIP events, as well as building and scaling virtual roundtable programs for HR leaders. The role requires close collaboration with sales teams to align on target accounts and pipeline objectives, managing all logistics and vendor coordination to deliver high-quality experiences, and ensuring effective pre-event engagement and post-event follow-up. Additionally, the position involves developing execution playbooks, defining best practices, and continuously optimizing programs based on performance data.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of B2B field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation experience, preferably in SaaS or HR technology. Proven experience in owning field marketing programs, including in-person and virtual events, is essential. A deep understanding of sales motions and how field marketing supports pipeline creation and acceleration is required, along with hands-on experience using Salesforce and HubSpot to track performance and ROI. Strong project management skills, the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously, and excellent communication skills are also necessary.
