[Finance Div.][Legal Dept.] Legal Counsel (2~10년)

Krafton is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its Finance Division's Legal Department in Seoul. This role involves collaborating with a diverse team to support the company's rapidly evolving business operations, focusing on domestic commercial contracts and investment activities.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and advising on domestic commercial contracts, including intellectual property and publishing agreements, assessing copyright and AI-related issues, and providing legal support for esports events. Additionally, the role may involve investment-related legal reviews, depending on the candidate's interests.

Candidates must hold a South Korean bar license and possess 2 to 10 years of experience as a corporate attorney or in-house counsel. They should demonstrate a proactive approach to addressing novel legal challenges in a dynamic industry and have strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues from various backgrounds. The ability to travel internationally is also required.

Preferred qualifications include experience in reviewing and advising on various contracts such as licensing, distribution, service, partnership, and outsourcing agreements. A keen interest and basic understanding of the gaming, IT, entertainment industries, and digital content business are advantageous. Experience as in-house counsel in domestic or international companies, particularly in the gaming, IT, or content sectors, and business-level proficiency in English for meetings and correspondence are also desirable.
