[Finance Div.][Legal Dept.] Legal Counsel - Investment (3~10년)

KRAFTON is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its Legal Department within the Finance Division. This role focuses on managing investment-related legal matters, including domestic and international equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and fund investment reviews. The position is based in Seoul, South Korea, and offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment within the gaming industry.

The Legal Counsel will be responsible for overseeing the entire investment process, from initial legal assessments to post-investment management. Key duties include conducting thorough reviews of investment transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws such as the Commercial Act, Capital Markets Act, and Foreign Exchange Transactions Act, and providing legal support for domestic contract reviews. Collaboration with various departments to facilitate smooth investment operations is also a critical aspect of this role.

Candidates must possess a South Korean attorney license and have 3 to 10 years of experience in investment-related legal work, either in a law firm or as in-house counsel. Essential qualities include a proactive and positive attitude towards complex legal issues, strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, and the ability to travel internationally without restrictions.

Preferred qualifications include experience working with international legal or business teams and proficiency in English for legal communication. Familiarity with the gaming or IT industry is also advantageous.
