The Finance Systems & Automation Analyst will play a pivotal role in enhancing and maintaining the financial systems that underpin InKind's operations. The role involves working closely with the Finance, Accounting, Data, and Technology teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of financial workflows.
Key responsibilities include operating and maintaining recurring accounting and finance workflows, such as cash transaction categorization, journal entry preparation, reconciliations, and reporting processes. The analyst will work extensively within NetSuite to support accounting operations, manage imports, and maintain accurate financial information. Additionally, the role involves monitoring automated financial data flows, troubleshooting issues across various systems, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Candidates should possess strong systems thinking, numerical intuition, and the ability to work with large datasets to identify patterns and inconsistencies. Comfort with tools such as Google Sheets, SQL, and internal data sources is essential.
