Financial Controller - Soho House Sao Paulo

The Financial Controller at Soho House São Paulo will oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role is integral to driving financial strategy and decision-making to support the company's growth objectives. The position reports to the Corporate Controller, Americas.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining financial policies and internal controls, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and managing cash flow and treasury functions. The Financial Controller will also oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, coordinate annual audits, and provide financial guidance to department heads to assist in budget preparation and cost control.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of five years of experience in finance or accounting roles, including at least two years in a managerial capacity. Extensive knowledge of Brazilian accounting standards and tax regulations is required, along with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel is essential, and fluency in both Portuguese and English is necessary.
