Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in a busy, high-profile venue, though this is preferred rather than essential. Strong communication skills, punctuality, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are important. A genuine passion for food and beverage, along with flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends, is also required.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of £15, supplemented by surplus service charge.
