Financial Planning Analyst

8am is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer and senior management to support financial initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. As a Financial Planning Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include developing financial forecasts and budgets, engaging in the annual planning process, and preparing monthly financial and operating reports. You will analyze key performance indicators across revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures, providing insights to inform decision-making. Additionally, you will support the development of quarterly reports for our member benefit programs and integrated partners, and assist in enhancing budgeting and financial forecasting processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential, along with solid knowledge of general accounting and financial planning principles. Proficiency in Excel and experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau are required. The ability to work independently in a dynamic, multitasking environment is also crucial.
