Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP is seeking a highly qualified associate with four or more years of substantive corporate finance transactions experience to join our financial services practice. Ideal candidates will have in-depth financial services experience, focusing on corporate transactional and regulatory work involving both new and established companies in the token, digital & technology, blockchain, and cryptocurrency space. The position will concentrate on matters involving blockchain as well as venture financings, digital assets, payments, lending, fund formation, alternative lending, regulatory enforcement work, and counseling clients on process and compliance matters.
