Privacy & Data Security Associate (Attorney)

Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, a leading professional services firm, is seeking a Privacy & Data Security Associate Attorney to join its Privacy and Data Security Department. This role is available in the firm's Sacramento, San Francisco, and Silicon Valley offices. The ideal candidate will have two to four years of experience in privacy and data security, with a focus on regulatory compliance, governance, and transactions. Experience in incident response, investigations, or litigation is advantageous but not mandatory. Familiarity with emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, advertising, marketing, and product development, is also beneficial.
