FinCrime (AML) Outsourcing Coordinator

The FinCrime Vendor Management team in Austin is seeking a FinCrime (AML) Outsourcing Coordinator to bridge internal and outsourced teams, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.

In this role, the Outsourcing Coordinator will monitor and enhance the performance of outsourced teams, facilitate effective communication between internal and external parties, and manage data and reporting processes. Responsibilities include performance management, communication and change management, data analysis, process design and improvement, and onboarding procedures.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, at least one year of experience in BPO or outsourcing, project management or operations leadership, and AML operations within a financial crime investigations or compliance environment. Strong analytical, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills are essential.
