The Fleet & Facilities Associate at Nabis plays a crucial role in maintaining the operational readiness of the company's fleet and facilities. This position ensures that vehicles, equipment, and facility systems are properly maintained, inspected, and prepared for daily operations. Key responsibilities include performing daily maintenance tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and ensuring equipment readiness. The associate verifies that vehicles are compliant, stocked, and road-ready, and supports preventative maintenance programs by completing assigned tasks on schedule. Routine inspections of vehicles, equipment, and facilities are conducted to identify and report safety hazards, maintenance needs, or compliance issues. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with vendors for repairs and maintenance, as well as maintaining accurate records of inspections and maintenance activities.
Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, fleet, facilities, or operational roles, with a basic understanding of vehicle inspections, maintenance, or facility operations. Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is preferred. The role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using systems for logging inspections and tasks, such as Whip Around or similar tools, is also desirable.
