Fleet & Facilities Site Manager
The Fleet & Facilities Site Manager at Nabis is responsible for overseeing all fleet, facilities, and safety operations at the Woodlake, CA location. This role ensures that vehicles, equipment, and facility systems are safe, compliant, and fully operational. As a hands-on position, the manager handles day-to-day maintenance, inspections, vendor coordination, and site readiness, ensuring that preventative maintenance programs, safety standards, and compliance requirements are consistently met.
Key responsibilities include managing fleet and facility operations, conducting vehicle inspections, maintaining vehicle readiness, performing facility walkthroughs, and ensuring compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and company standards. The manager also sources and coordinates local vendors for maintenance and repairs, oversees site-level projects, and maintains accurate system data to support compliance and operational visibility.
Candidates should have a strong background in fleet operations and facilities maintenance, with excellent organizational, vendor management, and problem-solving skills. Experience in managing preventative maintenance programs, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety standards is essential. The role requires the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and to work cross-functionally with other teams.
