The Fleet & Facilities Coordinator at Nabis is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of fleet and facility management at the Bronx, New York location. This role ensures that all vehicles, equipment, and site environments are safe, compliant, and operationally ready to support the company's distribution activities. The Coordinator works closely with the Infrastructure and Operations teams to maintain consistent execution of company standards.

Key responsibilities include managing daily fleet readiness by performing minor repairs and preventative maintenance, conducting routine vehicle inspections, and enforcing driver compliance protocols. The Coordinator also maintains vehicle cleanliness and ensures all vehicle systems are functioning properly. Facility duties encompass regular safety inspections, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse and fleet yard, and supporting the organization of shared spaces and equipment.

The ideal candidate possesses at least three years of experience in fleet operations, facilities maintenance, or warehouse operations. They should have experience coordinating repairs and maintenance workflows, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using internal systems for logging inspections and maintenance records is also required.
