Forward Deployed Engineer

AssemblyAI is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our Success team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences by integrating our advanced Voice AI models into client applications. As a key player in the Voice AI industry, AssemblyAI processes over 2 million hours of audio daily, serving a diverse clientele that includes Granola, Fireflies, Figure AI, and CallRail. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing company that values efficiency and innovation.

In this position, you will collaborate directly with customers to understand their unique requirements and seamlessly integrate our Voice AI models into their products. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new clients, guiding them through the implementation process, and exploring innovative use cases within the Voice AI domain. By leveraging your technical expertise, you will ensure that customers maximize the value of our offerings, aligning their needs with the appropriate plans and models.

The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in roles such as technical account manager, solutions architect, sales engineer, or technical consultant. Proficiency in SQL, Python, React, and web development frameworks is preferred, along with familiarity with AI/ML tools. A passion for AI technology and a proactive approach to identifying integration opportunities are essential. Additionally, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and a commitment to problem-solving are crucial for success in this role.
