General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful, is seeking a General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney for their Phoenix, Arizona office. This role involves managing pre-litigation processes for personal injury cases, primarily focusing on general liability. The attorney will be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional client service and achieving favorable outcomes.

In this position, the attorney will handle all pre-litigation tasks, including drafting and filing documents, guiding clients through the case process, and overseeing settlement negotiations. Responsibilities also encompass managing a team of 6-10 Case Managers, ensuring compliance with key performance indicators, and conducting examinations under oath (EUOs), personal injury protection (PIP) statements, and recorded statements. The attorney will report directly to the Pre-Suit Operations Manager.

Candidates should possess a law degree from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar Association. A minimum of one year of personal injury experience is required, along with the ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases. Strong leadership, excellent client service, and superior writing and oral advocacy skills are essential. A desire to become part of a trial team is also important.
