General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney
Morgan & Morgan, P.A., a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful, is seeking a General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney for its Bradenton, Florida office. This role offers an opportunity to make mission-critical decisions and play a significant role in the firm's growth. As a Pre-Suit Attorney, you will have a positive impact on clients' lives by assisting them through the process of pursuing justice.
In this position, you will handle all pre-litigation work, including drafting and filing pre-litigation documents, guiding clients through the case process, and overseeing settlement negotiations. You will manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers, focusing primarily on personal injury cases, particularly general liability. Your responsibilities will also include completing the Flip-to-Lit approval, guiding clients through the case process, and managing the release approval process.
The ideal candidate will have a law degree from a fully accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the Florida State Bar Association. A minimum of one year of personal injury experience is required, along with the ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases. Excellent client service and communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and superior writing and oral advocacy skills are essential. A self-starter driven by long-term career goals is highly desirable.
