General Liability Pre Suit Attorney

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a General Liability Pre Suit Attorney to join their Irvine, California office. As part of their growing team, the Pre Suit Attorney will play a crucial role in managing pre-litigation cases, primarily focusing on personal injury and general liability matters.

In this role, the attorney will be responsible for handling all aspects of pre-litigation work, including guiding clients through the case process, drafting and filing pre-litigation documents, and overseeing settlement negotiations. They will also manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers, ensuring compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintaining high standards of client service. Additional duties include conducting examinations under oath (EUOs), taking recorded statements, and managing the release approval process.

Candidates should possess a law degree from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the California State Bar Association. A minimum of one year of personal injury experience is required, along with the ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases. Strong leadership, excellent client service, and superior writing and oral advocacy skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter driven by long-term career goals and have a desire to become part of a trial team.
