General Management Trainee (K/M)

Eurofins is seeking ambitious individuals to join our General Management Trainee Program in Katowice, Poland. This two-year program is designed to develop future leaders by providing comprehensive training in managerial, financial, and operational domains within our organization.

As a General Management Trainee, you will engage in hands-on learning across various departments, gaining insights into daily operations and strategic decision-making processes. You will collaborate closely with experienced leaders, participate in leadership meetings, and contribute to projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will receive structured training in people management, effective communication, and strategic thinking.

Candidates should possess a Master's degree in Management, Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. We are looking for individuals with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a curiosity and willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Fluency in both Polish and English is required, and some knowledge of finance and operations is advantageous, though comprehensive training will be provided.
