General Management Traineeship (Milieu)
Eurofins is seeking ambitious individuals for its General Management Traineeship within the Environmental division. This two-year program is designed to cultivate future leaders by providing comprehensive exposure to various facets of the organization. Trainees will engage in dynamic and diverse assignments across multiple Eurofins locations in the Netherlands, including Amsterdam and Barneveld.
Participants will undertake four distinct projects, with at least two focusing on Business Development and Operations. These projects may involve implementing innovative systems, developing new business models, and overseeing acquisitions. The program emphasizes hands-on experience, allowing trainees to assume operational, commercial, and financial responsibilities early in their careers.
Candidates should possess a Master's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Technical Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management. Ideal applicants are characterized by a strong sense of responsibility, a creative and solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage complex processes effectively. Proficiency in Dutch, both spoken and written, is a prerequisite for this role.
Eurofins offers a competitive salary for this technical traineeship, along with 25 vacation days and 8% holiday pay.
