Commercial Origination Manager – Infrastructure & Real Estate
The Job
Manage a personal pipeline of origination leads from sourcing to closing. Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, using a consultative approach to evaluate and advance ground lease buyout opportunities. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to funnel management and transaction closings. Rigorously monitor your origination waterfall to ensure the health, stability, and predictability of the sales pipeline. Provide user‑experience input to processes such as CRM workflows, data mining, and marketing initiatives. Contribute to strategic initiatives and product enhancements to strengthen the company’s competitive position.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in B2C or B2B sales.Natural sales talent with strong business acumen.Exceptional negotiation skills and experience managing transactions end‑to‑end, from sourcing through closing.Familiarity with the real estate closing process is a plus.Understanding of financial concepts such as IRR and NPV is a plus.Experience originating deals in commercial real estate, telecom, mortgages, mineral rights, or renewables is a plus.
