Global Client Lead

The Global Client Lead at WPP Media is responsible for managing a key global client relationship, ensuring delivery across all relevant markets to drive growth, retention, and profitability. The role also involves overseeing the end-to-end process of delivery, planning, client activation, and measurement across all markets, managing client escalations, conflicts, and contract compliance, and fostering a proactive culture to prioritize feedback and drive improvement based on client satisfaction metrics.
