Global Mobility and Immigration Program Lead
Klaviyo, a rapidly growing company, is seeking a Global Mobility and Immigration Program Lead to oversee its global mobility program, encompassing visas, relocations, secondments, and international assignments. This role serves as the primary expert on compliance matters and provides support to employees undergoing transitions. The position is based in San Francisco, CA.
The key responsibilities include designing and implementing the global mobility program, managing U.S. visa petitions from initiation to approval, monitoring immigration and employment law changes, and advising leadership on associated risks. The role also involves managing relationships with relocation and service partners to ensure smooth transitions for employees and their families, and developing processes for U.S. and international assignments that support career development and enhance the company's global talent pool.
Candidates should have over 8 years of experience in corporate immigration and/or global mobility, with corporate relocation experience being a plus. A strong understanding of tax implications related to mobility and employment is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be a self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and have strong project, program, and vendor management abilities. A customer-service orientation and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion are also important.
The compensation for this role ranges from $120,000 to $180,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
