The Global Partner Development and Coaching Lead at Clifford Chance Amsterdam is responsible for implementing world-class partner development, senior leadership, and coaching solutions tailored for potential and new partners. This role ensures that partners are equipped to deliver against the firm's strategy, focusing on building exceptional client relationships, developing talent and teams, and executing AI and brand priorities. The position reports to the Global Head of Partner Development and collaborates closely with the Learning & Development (L&D) Team, Talent Team, and other HR functions globally.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing partner and senior leadership development solutions aligned with business-critical leadership skills, such as client relationship management, people leadership, impactful career conversations, and collaborative work. The role involves identifying learning and development needs through various sources, preparing internal proposals for programs, and creating communication and engagement strategies to support development solutions and embed learning to drive behavioral change. Additionally, the position evaluates and continuously improves leadership offerings based on impact, feedback, and evolving needs, and implements solutions to provide partners with the mindset and skills to embrace and mobilize action around AI and Clifford Chance's brand.

The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in leadership development, executive coaching, and organizational psychology, with strong facilitation and coaching skills. They should be highly collaborative, with excellent stakeholder engagement across global and matrixed environments, and possess executive influencing and advisory skills, demonstrating credibility with senior partners and C-suite executives. A results-oriented approach with strong program design, implementation, and evaluation skills is essential. Experience delivering leadership development and coaching programs within complex, matrixed global organizations is preferred.
