The Global Sales Enablement Leader at Wellhub serves as the vital link between the company's global vision and its local execution. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Strategy, this role focuses on translating high-level commercial strategies into actionable plans for B2B sales representatives. The position is integral to the Revenue Strategy & Operations team, ensuring that Wellhub's mission to revolutionize workplace wellness is effectively implemented across various regions.

Key responsibilities include acting as a strategic partner to regional sales leaders, particularly in the U.S., to align local tactics with global objectives. The role involves operationalizing initiatives such as new pricing models, product launches, and territory adjustments by developing workflows, playbooks, and feedback mechanisms. Additionally, the leader is tasked with optimizing the end-to-end sales lifecycle, standardizing methodologies across global teams, and overseeing the long-term adoption and return on investment of strategic initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Product, and Marketing, is essential to ensure seamless execution of back-office changes by the sales team.

The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in sales enablement within a high-growth B2B or technology environment. Experience in designing and executing global go-to-market models is crucial, along with deep familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and the ability to translate sales methodologies into data-driven insights. Strong communication skills are required to engage with both executive leadership and frontline sales representatives. Expertise in change management, including clear communication, training, and feedback loops, is essential. A passion for working across different cultures and managing global projects is also important.

Compensation for this role includes an annual base salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, depending on geographic location, experience, and qualifications. Additional benefits encompass participation in an annual bonus plan or sales incentive plan, and a performance-based stock option program.
