Global Talent Acquisition Leader
Mitratech, a global leader in legal, risk, and compliance software solutions, is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Leader to oversee and enhance its worldwide recruiting operations. This pivotal role involves leading talent acquisition teams across North America, India, the United Kingdom, and other regions, ensuring a cohesive and efficient global recruitment strategy. The position requires a strategic vision combined with operational excellence, focusing on digital transformation through the integration of Artificial Intelligence and automation to improve hiring processes and candidate experiences.
Key responsibilities include defining and executing a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with Mitratech's business objectives, establishing standardized operating models adaptable to regional nuances, and acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership on workforce planning and talent strategy. The role also involves leading and mentoring multi-regional recruiting teams, fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture, and collaborating with HR leaders to support organizational strategies. Additionally, the Global Talent Acquisition Leader will drive process optimization, implement AI-driven innovations, and ensure compliance with labor and immigration regulations across various regions.
Candidates should possess over six years of recruiting experience, with a proven track record in leading global sourcing and hiring strategies. A minimum of four years in leading multi-regional or multi-country teams, particularly across North America, India, and the United Kingdom, is preferred. Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, industry trends, and labor law frameworks across multiple geographies is essential. Experience in adopting AI and automation within talent acquisition processes, along with a history of implementing efficient recruiting systems, is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, strong compensation acumen, and the ability to operate in complex, fast-paced environments are also important.
