GOC | Commerce Specialist

The Commerce Specialist role at WPP Media's Global Operations Centre (GOC) in Poland involves managing search and programmatic media activations across Amazon. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams and regional counterparts in the UK, USA, and EMEA to deliver high-impact solutions in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities include executing campaign setups, bid recommendations, and budgeting to meet client goals, utilizing retail bid management technologies like Pacvue. The role also involves optimizing client accounts to achieve established KPIs, ensuring ongoing campaign compliance with guidelines and best practices, preparing performance reports, identifying insights through data analysis, addressing technical issues, and assisting with reconciliation, invoicing, and data mapping.

Candidates should have over 1.5 years of experience in biddable performance media execution on platforms such as Amazon Ads, Allegro Ads, or Criteo. Fluency in English is required, along with experience in campaign management and optimization on Amazon platforms. A strong understanding of the retail landscape and commerce media trends, basic analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are also essential.
