The GOC I Programmatic Specialist at WPP Media is a key member of the Global Operations Centre in Poland, collaborating with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver impactful solutions in a dynamic, multicultural environment. This role is integral to ensuring the success of programmatic campaigns by maintaining compliance with company guidelines and providing insightful analysis to regional teams.

Key responsibilities include interacting effectively with regional teams to ensure adherence to WPP Media's standards, monitoring and reporting on campaign performance across various channels and platforms, and maintaining data accuracy within campaign reporting tools and management software. The specialist is also tasked with producing daily campaign reports, including pacing and data input, and offering commentary to regional Media Activation teams to inform strategic decisions.

Candidates should possess fluency in English and have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in planning and managing programmatic campaigns using platforms such as DV360 or similar. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, adaptability to changing goals and priorities, and excellent communication abilities are essential. An eagerness to work directly from Poland is also required.

The position offers a gross monthly salary ranging from 5,166 PLN to 9,166 PLN, with individual compensation varying based on factors such as experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
