GOC | Paid Search Specialist
As a Paid Search Specialist at WPP Media's Global Operations Centre (GOC) in Warsaw, you will collaborate with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a multicultural environment. WPP Media is WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, bringing together media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalization at scale.
Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating directly with global WPP media houses to build and conduct SEM activities for international markets such as the UK, USA, and EMEA. You will be tasked with achieving established KPIs for e-commerce, performance, and brand recognition, analyzing data to draw conclusions and offer targeted recommendations, and running SEM campaigns from start to finish using platforms like Google Ads, SA360, and Microsoft Advertising.
The ideal candidate will have fluency in English and at least 1.5 years of experience conducting Google Ads/Search campaigns. Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers are essential, along with the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is required, and experience with Google Analytics, SA360, Bing Ads, or Data Studio is considered a bonus.
