GOC | Paid Social Media Specialist
As a Paid Social Media Specialist at WPP Media's Global Operations Centre (GOC) in Warsaw, Poland, you will collaborate with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact social media solutions. WPP Media is WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, bringing together media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalization at scale.
Your primary responsibilities will include supporting campaign launches and setups on platforms such as Meta, Twitter, and LinkedIn, ensuring compliance with WPP Media's guidelines, monitoring and reporting on campaign performance across channels, and maintaining data accuracy for campaign reporting tools. Additionally, you will produce daily campaign reports, including pacing, data inputting, and commentary for regional Media Activation teams.
The ideal candidate will have fluency in English and at least 1.5 years of experience in planning and managing Meta Ads campaigns, with experience on other platforms considered a bonus. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and the ability to analyze raw data to develop actionable recommendations are essential. Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing goals and priorities are also important.
