The role also involves acting as the primary point of contact for international clients and C-level executives, providing strategic recommendations for innovative solutions, and championing the adoption of AI and new technologies to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing teams and complex digital projects within a media agency or ad tech environment. Absolute proficiency and hands-on experience in CM360 and other ad servers are essential. Fluent spoken English is required, with a track record of confident communication with international clients and senior leadership. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to work independently, proactively seeking out tasks and driving initiatives forward, and possess strong consultative skills with the capacity to recommend innovative, non-standard solutions. A forward-thinking mindset with openness to AI and new technological solutions is also important.
