Grocery Shift Lead

Wolt is seeking a Grocery Shift Lead to oversee operations at our Wolt Market Store in Tbilisi, Georgia. As a rapidly expanding technology company, Wolt specializes in delivering a wide range of products to customers in over 500 cities across 30 countries. The Grocery Shift Lead is responsible for ensuring efficient store operations, particularly in the absence of the Store Manager. Key duties include resolving team issues, monitoring workload and efficiency, managing administrative tasks, and fostering team well-being. Additionally, the Shift Lead will collect and relay feedback and actively participate in the development of store operations.

Candidates should have experience as a Grocery Associate in grocery stores or retail environments, along with prior team leadership experience in a similar industry. The role requires proactivity, service-mindedness, quick learning abilities, and multitasking skills. Flexibility to work 40 hours per week across various shifts—including days, evenings, and weekends—is essential, as the Wolt Market operates 24/7. Fluency in Georgian is required, and proficiency in English is preferred.
