Candidates should possess a thorough understanding of digital media and a strategic mindset, with 5-8 years of experience in digital planning or strategy, encompassing both biddable and non-biddable media. Essential skills include sharp analytical abilities, effective communication and presentation skills, and proficiency with tools such as Comscore, Similarweb, and Data.ai. A strong network with publishers and the ability to work well under pressure are also important.
