Growth Marketing Intern
The Growth Marketing Intern will join the Marketing team at a leading global cryptocurrency company. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced fintech environment, working alongside experienced professionals on real business initiatives. The intern will contribute to projects that support scaling acquisition and engagement through AI-driven automation and engineering-led marketing experiments.
Key responsibilities include supporting day-to-day activities within the Growth Marketing Team, assisting in automating growth workflows, building AI-powered marketing tools, and conducting rapid experimentation with non-engineering stacks. The intern will also conduct research, analysis, and reporting to support business decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Compliance, Data, and Customer Success, and prepare documentation and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Candidates should be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative/technical field. Essential skills include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, clear written and verbal communication, a proactive mindset, and strong organizational skills. An interest in fintech, crypto, digital assets, or technology-driven businesses is also desirable.
Compensation includes a competitive full-time salary based on experience and meaningful equity in the company.
